It may sound weird but it is true!
Go ahead and force a happy face when you don’t know how else to lessen the effects of stress!
Take a deep breath and just SMILE!

It improves your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness.
You may not feel able to jog, gym or meditate… BUT you CAN smile!!

Please remember that it is okay and normal to feel “down” and miserable at times! Don’t turn your back on it. Use the feelings to get to the root of your distress. Take it as a warning that you need to get calm and quiet and do some “inside” work…

Then get to work breathing correctly for further stress control…
